• You will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and monitoring the production process to maintain consistency and product excellence.

Job description

• Conduct visual and sensory inspections of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor and inspect production equipment for cleanliness and functionality
• Conduct taste tests, texture assessments, and other quality checks to verify product specifications.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and any deviations from standards.
• Prepare reports on quality performance and submit them to the Quality Control Manager.
• Monitor and document the small chops production process, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve quality issues in real-time.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality control protocols, and hygiene standards.
• Provide training to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance product quality and consistency.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and suggest innovations in product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in food production or processing.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
