Quality Control Officer at Trinacx Pharmaceutical Limited

The ideal candidate will be tasked with testing and verifying product quality against the predefined standards and carry out other functions concerned with this job role.

Qualification:  B.Sc. / Biochemistry/Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, and any other related science field.

Job Responsibilities

• To follow or establish the quality standards.
• To discover the flaws or variations in the Starting materials and the manufacturing processes to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.
• To undertake all steps which are required to achieve the desired quality of the product.
• Sampling, testing, and release of raw materials and packaging materials. Testing and release of semi-finished and finished products.
• To conduct the ongoing and validation stability studies.
• To validate the analytical methods.
• Preparation and periodic review of Specifications, Certificates, Methods, and Protocols.
• To provide analytical support for process validations, cleaning validations, validation of area and environment.
• To report, investigate and record out of specifications.
• To qualify and calibrate the instruments.
• To collect and maintain the control samples of raw materials, Packing Materials, and finished products.
• Environmental monitoring and personal hygiene monitoring.
• To conduct the in vitro dissolution comparative studies for products registration and batch scale-up.
• Carry out other functions as may be assigned by the management.
