Quality Control Officer at Artee Group

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To enhance product quality and reduce risks, gain production efficiencies and customer loyalty
• Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
• Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in–house quality procedures, standards and specifications
• Adherence to customer service standards
• Adhere to quality requirements of raw materials from suppliers and vendors
• Investigating and setting standards for quality, health and safety
• Ensuring that production processes comply with standards at both national and internal and international levels
• Determining training needs
• Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
• Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information
• Checking and sorting with proper grading of receiving items
• Monthly cleaning and fumigation of the store with reports
• Monitoring and checking of close to expiry products for removal on shelf by store team
• Ensure proper hygiene of environment and staff
• Quality check of all fresh production (food) before display for customers
• Receive and welcome government/regulatory officials on visit/inspection
• Handle customers complaints with immediate corrective measures
• Monitor HACCP PLAN
• Ensure all local food, cosmetics carries NAFDAC numbers
• Ensure all imported food cosmetics are on global list
• Send to the Head Office on all activities in the branch
• Conduct internal audit on all product and department daily, weekly and monthly
• Ensure no expiry food in the supermarket

• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and handle challenging work demands and tight schedules

• Able to handle many diverse tasks simultaneously and be able to work effectively
• Demonstrate ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Able to make timely decisions in a high-pressure environment.

• High level of integrity is a must have.
