Quality Control Manager at Silver Lakeside Farms Limited

Job Description

• Monitors the quality aspects of incoming raw materials to the organization and the products that are ready to be shipped.
• They also ensure that manufactured products meet the specified quality standards set by the organization before being sent to customers.
• Analysing the measurements, conducting tests, and monitoring the production phase.
• They sort out the items that fail to meet the quality standards and enhance the production process to reduce the chances of failure.

Duties and Responsibilities
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

• Reading blueprints and specifications.
• Monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
• Recommending adjustments to the assembly or production process.
• Inspecting, testing, or measuring materials or products being produced.
• Measuring products with rulers, callipers, gauges, or micrometers.
• Operating electronic inspection equipment and software.
• Accepting or rejecting finished items
• Removing all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
• Reporting inspection and testing data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected.
