Quality Control Manager – Fashion Production at BAFashion Shop

We are recruiting a Quality Control Manager to lead and optimize our garment inspection processes across all product categories. This role is central to maintaining our quality benchmarks and ensuring excellence from factory floor to final delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring a balance of hands-on technical expertise and managerial skill, with the ability to lead a growing team and shape our long-term quality strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust quality control standards, systems, and procedures across the factory.
• Oversee end-to-end inspection for all fashion categories.
• Lead and mentor the QA team to drive performance, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct in-depth quality audits and root cause analyses to reduce production errors.
• Coordinate closely with production, design, and operations teams to uphold brand integrity.
• Train team members on quality expectations, compliance, and best practices.
• Generate reports and metrics to track quality performance and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 8 years total experience in quality control, with at least 5 years in the fashion manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to manage teams and scale quality operations.
• Strong technical knowledge across all garment categories.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to train and upskill team members.
