Quality Control Engineer at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Engineer with at least 2 years experience in plastics manufacturing (PET preforms & bottles, HDPE jerrycans, injection moulded caps).
• The ideal candidate will ensure product quality, compliance with standards, and support continuous improvement across production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor production of PET preforms, bottles, jerrycans, and caps.
• Perform in-process and final product testing using quality equipment.
• Identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring compliance with ISO and GMP standards.
• Maintain quality records and prepare reports.
• Train operators on quality standards and procedures.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years QC experience in plastics (preform, bottles, jerrycans, injection moulding).
• Strong knowledge of QC systems, ISO 9001, and testing equipment.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
