Quality Assurance Tester at Infinion Technologies

• We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Tester who is passionate about delivering high‑quality digital products and improving customer experience.
• In a product‑led environment, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure features meet acceptance criteria, usability standards, performance benchmarks, and user expectations.
• This role is ideal for someone who combines testing expertise with a product mindset, continuously advocating for quality throughout ideation, design, development, release, and iteration.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to understand requirements and define testable acceptance criteria.
• Translate user stories into clear test scenarios and execute functional, regression, API, and exploratory testing.
• Validate user journeys, UX flows, accessibility, and cross‑browser/device behavior.
• Create and maintain test cases, test data, and traceability documentation.
• Identify, log, and track defects with accurate severity and reproduction details.
• Contribute to automated test scripts (UI/API) and support CI/CD test runs.
• Provide quality insights, release readiness updates, and risk assessments to product stakeholders.
• Support UAT and ensure features meet customer expectations before release.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• 3–6+ years of hands‑on QA experience in product or agile environments.
• Strong skills in functional, regression, API, and exploratory testing.
• Experience with test management and defect tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Xray).
• Working knowledge of automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium) is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and API tools like Postman.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with web/mobile apps and customer‑focused testing.
