Quality Assurance Officer - MI at Kimberly Ryan

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GHK/GMP and 5s practices on the production floor, Laboratory and transit to warehouse.
• Proper inspection & quality monitoring of products at the production floor at all time.
• Ensure that SOP are clearly follow in all production process and promote quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the correct raw materials are used for each of the right product on the production floor.
• Ensure daily quality function planning and follow up on mold change plan/arrangement; ensure items from the same machine upon mould change are conforming to standard/specification.
• Follow up on every machine start-up and proper LINE CLEARANCE procedure upon mold/color change.
• Hourly tour of the factory and timeless inspection to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Follow up on NC/ON-HOLD products and proper disposition.
• Enforce standard stacking of products and ensure packing slips are on all product packages for easy traceability.
• Ensure proper packaging of products and daily verifications of product packaging details.
• Ensure efficient record-keeping, updates and filing.
• Make adequate preparation for both internal and external audits.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. in Polymer & Textile Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Laboratory Technology, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Quality Management, Biochemistry, and other related science disciplines
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Similar Field and 1 to 2 years at Team leader position.
