Quality Assurance Officer at DP World

Job Function

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Officer. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years of relevant experience, a passion for compliance and continuous improvement, and the drive to ensure operational excellence.

Key Performance Areas

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Quality Assurance procedures.
• Support CAPA management and drive timely closure of quality events.
• Conduct data analysis and create reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Draft and maintain high-standard documentation in line with GDP/GMP requirements.
• Collaborate across departments on project management initiatives.
• Participate in internal audits and support external inspections.
• Respond to and manage product or service complaints effectively.
• Maintain and update training records, SOPs, and compliance checklists.

Experience and Skills Required

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar QA or compliance-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of GDP/GMP standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with CAPA processes and complaint management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in a regulated industry (e.g. pharmaceutical, logistics, or food).
• Exposure to audit environments and QA systems.
