Quality Assurance Intern at SunFi Technology Limited

Job Summary

• As a Quality Assurrance Intern, you will work closely with the technology and product teams to ensure the quality and performance of our software products. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, Agile Scrum environment while contributing to the delivery of high-quality software.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Scrum Team (developers, product owners, and Scrum master) to understand user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in writing and executing test cases (manual and automated) to ensure software functionality meets specifications.
• Participate in daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Report and track defects using a bug tracking tool (e.g,JIRA) and ensure that they are resolved within the sprint.
• Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Learn and apply best practices in test design and test execution.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
• Continuously improve testing processes and help the team achieve better efficiency and quality in every sprint.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science, or any related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing principles (functional, regression, integration, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Exposure to automation testing tools (cypress, playwright) and frameworks.
• Familiarity with JIRA or other issue tracking systems.
• Exposure to CI/CD practices and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills..
