Quality Assurance Engineer at VendorCredit

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Testing and Inspection:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify the quality and functionality of products/services.
• Suggest solutions to identified product problems.

Quality Standards Compliance:

• Ensure that products/services adhere to industry standards, company guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Generate comprehensive reports on quality assurance findings and recommend corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to identify areas for quality improvement.
• Participate in root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Test Automation:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.

Regression Testing:

• Perform regression testing to ensure that software updates or changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Monitor and validate bug fixes and enhancements.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

• Coordinate and conduct UAT with end-users to validate that products meet user requirements and expectations.
