Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description
- The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for implementing quality assurance policies for PSM, monitoring compliance by conducting inspections, investigating and identifying process issues, and reporting.
Service Assurance:
- Implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Regular review of service delivery for conformance with SLAs
- Ensuring that reports due for submission to clients are submitted as at when due
- Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed
- Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors
- Identifying and resolving workflow issues.
Compliance Monitoring:
- Performing routine inspections and quality tests
- Ensure operational compliance to all laid down policies of the company
- Drive conformance to QMS ISO9001:2015 standards for PS operations; document control, SOP compliance and report collation.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with at least 3 years work experience.
