    Quality Assurance Analyst

    • Autochek is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Customer Experience team. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions, providing feedback, and driving improvements to ensure service excellence across all channels.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and assess customer interactions (voice, email, chat).
    • Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and training needs.
    • Recommend and implement process improvements.

    Requirements:

    • 3–4 years’ QA or contact center experience.
    • Strong analytical and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms and quality monitoring tools.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
