Job Description

• To Monitor all Ali express parcels from departure scan to collection at Nipost last miles.
• To update relevant scans on shipments with Nipost per time after gathering information.
• Close monitoring and prompt follow up with all Nipost regional managers.
• Makes recommendations to improve quality, efficiency and productivity of operations.
• Investigates quality-related issues and submits a report to the Quality Control Manager
• Provide update on shipments upon request.

Job Specification

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields with 2 - 5 years work experience.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Must be competent in Microsoft Office tools.
• Must possess good organization skills.
• Must possess analytical skills.
