Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise recruiters and moderators during fieldwork.
- Verify participant eligibility and recruitment quality.
- Observe FGDs and IDIs to ensure adherence to research protocols.
- Review field notes, recordings, and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Monitor compliance with ethical standards, including consent procedures.
- Provide real-time feedback and resolve field challenges as they arise.
- Submit quality assurance reports and updates to the project team.
