QAQC Engineer at Willers Solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Implement quality practices and processes in workstation delivery and Check and Implement a quality inspection checklist as work progresses.
• Perform goods receiving in the workstation and perform visual and measurement tests of equipment units.
• Ensure activities on the project are implemented and troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to Quality control.
• Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of Civil engineering construction-related operations.
• Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
• Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain the quality of materials.
• Assist employees in ensuring knowledge of all quality standards ensure compliance with all quality manuals and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
• Monitor an efficient system record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work is according to quality requirements.
• Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on the specifications of the project.

REQUIREMENTS 

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.   
• A minimum of 2-5 Years of Experience in QAQC in an oil and gas, construction company, or related field. 
• Good understanding of the quality control process.
• Relevant QA/QC Certification; ASNT, ASQ CQI/CQT are required.
• Experience in rotating equipment repair and assembly including pumps, compressors etc.
• Experience in welding and fabrication activities. 
• Ability to read engineering/ mechanical drawings. 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
