We are looking for a QA Tester to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the functionality, usability, and security of our platform by conducting thorough tests on our B2B payment and trade finance services.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Brydge’s B2B payments platform and automated workflows
Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing to ensure the quality and stability of the platform across domestic and international payment features
Work closely with the development and security teams to identify potential issues in the order-2-cash, trade finance, and payment processes
Identify, track, and document bugs or defects and collaborate with developers to ensure timely fixes
Ensure that the platform’s critical services, such as international transfers, currency conversions, and embedded financing, perform as expected under real-world scenarios
Validate integrations with payment providers to ensure seamless and secure financial transactions
Perform API testing to ensure data is transferred securely and accurately between systems
Stay updated with industry standards, especially in fintech, to ensure that Brydge’s platform meets high-performance and security benchmarks
Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and documentation to increase efficiency and accurace
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a QA Tester in the fintech industry or a similar domain
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (manual and automated), test case design, and testing frameworks
Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
Familiarity with payments systems, currency exchanges, and financial transactions is a strong advantage
Experience in testing cloud-based applications, mobile applications, and web services
Hands-on experience with issue tracking and collaboration tools (JIRA)
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail, with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Nice to have
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and testing within DevOps environments
Knowledge of security testing, particularly for financial applications
Understanding of regulatory standards related to payment systems and data security
