QA/QC Personnel at M-P Infrastructure Limited

We are seeking highly experienced and detail-oriented QA/QC personnel for Telecom Site Build to join our team.

Contract: 1-year contract, Subject to Renewal

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, BOQ, method statements, and client QA/QC standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and support testing and documentation.
• Prepare daily/weekly QA/QC reports and submit to the Project Manager.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and track corrective actions through closure.
• Support snag/punch list activities and as-built documentation for project handover.
• Ensure sites meet installation-readiness and quality sign-off requirements.
• Enforce HSE and quality procedures on site.
• Identify quality risks early and recommend preventive actions.

Requirements

• HND / B.Eng / B.Sc in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years\' QA/QC experience in civil/infrastructure or telecom site build projects.
• HSE Level 1–3 certification.
• COREN registration required.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is an advantage.
• Strong ability to read drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Must be field-ready, physically fit for site work, and possess strong reporting skills.
