Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Officer to join our team.
• The QA/QC Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to quality standards and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality control inspections on processes in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality control processes and findings.
• Participate in the development and revision of quality control procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify root causes of quality deviations and work proactively to prevent reoccurrence.
• Provide training and support to employees on quality control processes and standards.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve quality control processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Knowledge of QMS frameworks such as ISO 9001 and the ability to implement and maintain them ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations and quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
• Proficient IT Skills.
• Preferably a female within the age of 25-35 years of age.
