Role Description

• This is a contract role for a Public Relations and Media Officer.
• As a Public Relations and Media Officer, you will be responsible for managing press releases, media relations, and public relations.
• You will also be involved in strategic communications and communication initiatives.
• This is a hybrid role, allowing for both in-office work at our Ikeja location and some remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• To be considered for this contract roles/position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multimedia industry, preferably in a creative and digital environment.
• Skills in Press Releases, Media Relations, and Public Relations
• Strong understanding of multimedia strategies, including public relations, multimedia sales, social media marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience with multimedia and creative marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Adobe Suite and Corel Draw
• Experience in Communication and Strategic Communications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create compelling content
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
