Responsibilities

• Coordinating trainings.
• Filling client forms.
• Completing travel application forms.
• Continuously working to improve travel programs.
• Attend to clients.
• Maintain & update client records.
• Respond to offline/online inquiries.
• Schedule/book appointments.
• Maintain correspondence with clients through phone calls & emails.
• Perform general clerical & administrative duties.

Requirements

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
• 1 - 3 years work experience.
• Previous work experience in this job role or a similar one e.g customer service representative/front desk officer is an advantage.
• Preferably Female.
• 23 - 33 years old.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).
• Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, CorelDraw, etc).
• Well groomed.
• Organization & negotiation skills.
• Reliable, analytical & teachable.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Must reside close to Akobo & Bodija.
