About the Job

• We are hiring Property Sourcing Officers to join our fast-growing real estate team.
• As a Property Sourcing Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and securing at least 100 property listings every month to support our expansion drive.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and list a minimum of 100 properties monthly
• Build and maintain an updated database of available properties
• Collaborate with the Team Lead to ensure maximum property visibility
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with property owners, agents, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate, sales, or business development is an advantage
• Strong networking and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet monthly targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the Victoria Island – VGC axis is highly preferred.
