Property Manager at People Capacity Management

Job Descriptions

• Manage and oversee the operations of commercial properties with multiple tenants.
• Handle tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and addressing tenant concerns.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
• Monitor and manage property budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Negotiate service contracts and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with property owners and stakeholders to develop and execute property managementplans.

Job Specifications

• Must have a minimum of 6-8 years experience as a property manager within the real estate industry, specifically in managing residential commercial multi-tenant properties.
• Must have a BSc/ BA degree in estate management
• Must have an MSc in Facility Management and project management would be an added advantage.
• Chartered Membership of NIESV, ESVRABON, IFMA, and RICS would be an added advantage.
• Should reside in Lagos or environs.
