Responsibilities

• Design, and write prompts to support specific AI outcomes.
• Analyze AI performance, make process and algorithm updates for performance improvement.
• Prepare data for updating and training machine learning processes.
• Continued research and education on the ever-changing AI field to ensure updated best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to refine prompts, and develop better prompt processes to support desired outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing and machine learning
• Provide support to content and product teams in understanding prompt engineering best practices
• Draft and distribute reports on prompt performance and development progress.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Prompt Engineer or similar role.
• Proficient in programming languages, AI-related tools such as ChatGPT, and data analysis techniques.
• Comprehensive understanding of natural language processing, machine learning and AI-generated content development.
• Specific coding and programming languages, particularly those related to your business’s apps and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
