Key Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies to drive sales
• Deive in-store customer conversions
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat patronage
• Ensure effective product display and stock arrangement
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
• Track and report sales performance and stock movement
• Track sales data to identify best-selling items, slow-moving products, and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with store management to optimize store layout and product placement

Requirements:

• Previous experience in merchandising, sales, or retail
• Strong knowledge of electronics, gadgets, and fashion accessories
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze sales trends and customer behavior
