Job Competency Requirement

• Practical understanding and implementation of the procedures in the solar industry.
• Ability to manage project calendars, oversee all aspects of a project from its inception to completion and ensure project runs within the project timeline successfully.
• Ability to create and establish clear department goals and objectives  that will ensure successful completion of projects, coordinate project development and ensure effective project budget management
• Ability to supervise site to ensure standards and schedules are met.
• Ability to manage schedule and manage logistics by ensuring that labour, materials, and equipment requests are completed correctly and are within the project budget
• Ability to support team and project manager, hire qualified teammates for projects and train team.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Business Management or Engineering with more than 5 years experience in Project Supervising in the solar industry
• A male applicant that possess the following Leadership skills, Communication and stakeholder’s engagement skills, Confidence Resilience skills,  Business acumen skills, Influencing and Negotiating
