Job Summary:

• The Project Secretary will provide administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the housing project.
• The ideal candidate must be proactive, highly organized, a fast learner,and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the project team
• Prepare reports, memos, and official correspondence
• Manage schedules, meetings, and project documentation
• Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and electronic)
• Handle communication between management, contractors, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years work experience
• Experience in real estate or construction industry is an added advantage
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Email communication)
• Well-educated
• Proactive and a fast learner
• Good communication skills
• Must reside within Karshi or its environs
