Job Summary:

• We're seeking an experienced Project Officer to act as a site supervisor for our CCTV installation projects.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and CCTV installation, with previous work experience in the automation industry.
• The Project Officer will oversee project execution, ensure timely completion, and guarantee high-quality installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise CCTV installation projects on-site, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct site assessments, surveys, and risk analyses to inform project planning
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and assistants

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the automation industry, with a focus on CCTV installation
• In-depth knowledge of automation systems, CCTV cameras, and related technologies
• Proven experience as a site supervisor or project manager in a similar field
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Certifications in CCTV installation, automation, or project management are highly desirable.
