Project Manager - Telecom Site Build at M-P Infrastructure Limited

Contract: 1-Year Contract, Subject to Renewal

Salary: ₦500,000 Gross

Role Summary

M-P Infrastructure Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Telecom Site Build to oversee the execution and delivery of telecom site projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing civil and structural works, coordinating project teams and stakeholders, ensuring quality and HSE compliance, and delivering sites ready for installation in line with approved designs, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Site Delivery

• Oversee civil and structural works across telecom site projects.
• Ensure sites are completed and handed over ready for installation, in line with the Scope of Work (SOW) and specifications.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and adherence to approved design drawings.

Client Interface & Reporting

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports, meeting minutes, and project dashboards.
• Manage BOQs, track quantities, variations, and reconcile with procurement.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with communities, vendors, landlords, and regulatory bodies.

Planning & Coordination

• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project milestones.
• Manage site risks, issues, and change requests.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company QA/QC procedures.

Closeout & Handover

• Ensure site readiness for closure and handover.
• Compile as-built documents, test reports, and handover packs.
• Secure client sign-off and complete project closeout.

Key Requirements

• B.Eng / B.Sc in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing telecom, civil, or infrastructure site projects.
• Strong experience in tower/telecom site build projects is preferred.
• Understanding of TSS, foundation works, tower erection, earthing, retaining walls, and fencing.
• Strong BOQ management, reporting, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and AutoCAD reading.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
