Job Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Facilitate regular meetings to track progress, address challenges, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), earned value management (EVM), and other metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, department heads, and external partners.
• Present project status reports, progress updates, and final deliverables to executive management and clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries and communications.

Person Specification

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and technologies (e.g., core banking systems, digital transformation initiatives, cybersecurity measures).
• Experience managing large-scale projects involving IT implementations, process re-engineering, or system upgrades.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, ever-changing banking environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
