Project Manager at Revolutionplus Property Development Company Limited

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise, Work and liaise with project team for smooth running of ongoing construction across all sites according to specifications of the project as directed
• Relate with contractors and negotiate contracts with them in cost effective manner to reach profitable agreements
• Ensure permits and licenses from appropriate authorities are processed and collected.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitation.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Give detailed weekly report on activities going on all sites across the country
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Technology (Second class Upper) from a reputable University.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• A Master’s Degree in Marketing or a sales oriented course will be an added advantage
• Must have had 8-10 years post NYSC Experience, leading and managing sales/marketing teams.
• Prior Experience working with real estate companies will be an added advantage.
