Project Manager (Public Sector Revenue)

Role Summary:

Lead end-to-end execution of state-level digital revenue and tax transformation projects, including stakeholder engagement, implementation oversight, and delivery of measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead government stakeholder engagement and drive buy-in
- Develop and employ sustainable business expansion strategies
- Oversee deployment of digital revenue platforms at state-level
- Manage cross-functional teams and project resources
- Track KPIs tied to revenue outcomes and system adoption
- Manage risks, timelines, and scale-up of projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (relevant field); Master’s an advantage
- 5+ years’ experience in public sector, IT, fintech, tax, or revenue projects
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Experience with tech-enabled revenue or financial systems
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams
