Project Manager at Noemdek Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks and overall delivery across project sites.
• Coordinate with relevant regulatory bodies, regulatory and grid-interconnection requirements.
• Manage EPC contractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Monitor project costs, procurement, contractor performance and deliverables.
• Coordinate land, E&S, HSE and other project-development requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers and milestone updates, including on relevant energy-sector project platforms.
• Identify project risks and delays and drive timely resolution.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Systems, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years experience in project management or project delivery, preferably in renewable energy, power, EPC or infrastructure.
• Experience with solar PV, mini-grid, BESS, power distribution or grid-interconnected projects.
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working on donor-funded, government-supported or similar renewable energy/infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

Software & Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar project-management/scheduling tools.
• Experience with energy-sector project management and reporting platforms such as Odyssey Energy Solutions is an advantage.
• Strong project planning, coordination, reporting, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical understanding of renewable energy projects and ability to coordinate effectively with engineers and EPC contractors.
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites in Ondo and Delta States.
