Main Responsibilities
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Finalize and manage the Project Scope Documents (PSDs) such as project procurement plan, work breakdown structure, etc., as well as ensure regular updates of these documents to maintain a strong record of the projects.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- With the support of the relevant technical team, develop documents, and work as per designs, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), tools, implementation modalities, and guidelines.
- Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
- Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including donor satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
- Manage all external Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle through the use of WFP Partners connect and other reporting channels.

Leadership and Representation
- Provide strategic vision and leadership to the Project through regular field visits, staff appraisals, setting of development plan etc.
- Represent MCI and the project teams at all relevant donor and stakeholder engagements.
- Participate in all strategic planning meetings internally and at Sector level.
- . Establish and maintain good working relations with WFP, external agencies and organizations, local partner organizations, local government offices, and all stakeholders in the respective geographic areas.
- Education, Professional Experience and Professional requirement
- Minimum of Bachelor degree/HND in any field from a recognized institution

Skills and Competence
- Proven experience in program management for minimum of 3 years.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience managing a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Other Requirement (Language(s) proficiency)
- Skills in proposal writing, project design and management, advocacy and stakeholders engagement.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral including local language added advantage
