    Project Manager

    About this Role

    As the Project Manager you'll be responsible for putting our team at the center of the workplace by…

    • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining timelines, resources, budgets, and milestones. Identify potential risks and create contingency plans.
    • Team Management: Build and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that each team member understands their roles and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support as needed.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, executives, team members, and external vendors. Provide regular project status updates, manage expectations, and address concerns or issues promptly.
    • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting. Allocate resources effectively and optimize resource utilization. Identify and resolve resource conflicts or constraints.
    • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and prioritize project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Regularly monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. Implement contingency plans to minimize the impact of unforeseen events.
    • Project Execution: Coordinate and oversee project activities, ensuring adherence to the project plan and schedule. Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and manage dependencies. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide guidance to keep the project on track.
    • Quality Assurance: Define and enforce quality standards for project deliverables. Conduct quality reviews and ensure that project outputs meet the required quality criteria. Implement appropriate quality control measures to ensure project success.
    • Change Management: Anticipate and manage project changes, including scope changes, schedule adjustments, and resource reallocation. Evaluate change requests, assess their impact, and communicate changes effectively to stakeholders. Ensure proper documentation and approval processes for changes.
    • Lessons Learned and Documentation: Conduct project reviews and capture lessons learned to identify areas of improvement for future projects. Document project activities, decisions, and outcomes. Create project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and post-project.

    This might be for you if you have...

    • Have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, business administration, or engineering (or equivalent experience).
    • 3-4 years' experience as a project manager, demonstrating successful management of projects from initiation to completion.
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Proficient in project management software and collaboration tools.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Experience in risk management, change management, and quality assurance.
    • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred.
