Project Manager at Gidimedics

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, define clear objectives, and establish timelines and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with healthcare professionals, IT, operations, and administrative teams to coordinate efforts, manage resources, and drive project success.

Stakeholder Management:

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, communicate project progress, and address any issues or changes to maintain alignment and support.

Risk & Budget Management:

• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, manage project budgets, and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track project performance through regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations, providing updates to senior management and recommending process improvements.

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure all projects meet established quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements while supporting the continuous improvement of our healthcare services.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in a healthcare, technology, or service industry.

Skills & Certifications:

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
