Project Manager at Future Concerns Nigeria Limited

SCOPE OF WORK

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, including timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Manage project scope and ensure deliverables meet all requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and keep them informed of project progress.
• Lead and motivate project team members.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics.
• Identify and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Document project activities and learnings.
• Close out the project successfully and within established parameters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum of [15] years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Corporate membership of a professional engineering body (COREN), such as one of the relevant united kingdom professional institutes or approved equivalent, with management experience, both in design and construction/commissioning. Company or IOC experience
