Project Manager – FTTX at MacTay Consulting

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of FTTX (Fiber-to-the-X) and Home Connection projects.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, quality assurance, and successful project acceptance while effectively managing teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of FTTX projects, ensuring project timelines, quality standards, budgets, materials, and deliverables are met.
• Lead team planning, formation, and management, ensuring optimal resource allocation and performance.
• Drive effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges to maintain smooth execution.
• Maintain and expand client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and continuous business growth.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and final acceptance documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Proven experience in FTTX and Home Connection project execution, with a strong track record of successful delivery.
• Strong background in team management, leadership, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage clients and stakeholders effectively.
