Project Manager (Banking) at Westfield Consulting

We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the banking sector for an experienced Project Manager Banking. In this role, you will coordinate people and processes to ensure timely project delivery and desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans and define project scope and objectives
• Manage resources effectively and prepare project budgets
• Track project costs and ensure alignment with the budget
• Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders on strategy and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring clear communication of deliverables
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

Experience and Qualifications    

• First degree in any discipline. A postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification would be an added advantage.
• A minimum 5-8 years’ of project management and related experience.
•  Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
•  Experience seeing projects through the life cycle.
•  Excellent analytical skills
•  Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
•  Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline
