    Project Management Officer

    Location: Lekki, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the implementation of processes and their improvements, including supporting officers in charge of the different process tasks;
    • Review existing processes, propose improvements and identify new processes to be developed;
    • Support the assessment of how the department is meeting key performance indicators;
    • Document, maintain, update procedures and policies and monitor their implementation;
    • Lead and manage the gathering of business requirements and engage key resources in identifying, developing and implementing new processes and reporting capabilities
    • Coordinate and support in the development of documentation, testing and training related to process management activities
    • Identify and leverage opportunities to continuously improve the quality of data management processes and systems
    • Generate and maintain process flow charts, standard operating procedures (SOP), and other documents to support current state, and end-to-end process understanding.
    • Serve as a change leader by demonstrating change positive cultural behaviors that align to the organization’s core values, embrace process improvement, optimization, and automation, target enhanced productivity, quality, and delivery of our services and programs.
    • Promote consistent, efficient, and effective operational evaluation and improvement practices by creating standards of work, defining and sharing best practices, and collaborating with team members, and leadership to measure and monitor operational performance, identify opportunities for optimization and/ or automation
    • In alignment with company’s strategic commitment and priorities, identify critical areas of performance improvement needs and collaborate on business case preparation for the proposed change(s).
    • Responsible for the general operations of the office.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in related field is required.
    • A minimum of 2+ years business experience in project management, financial services or fintech industries.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
