Project Engineer-Site Build at CITCC Nigeria Limited

Functions & Responsibilities

• Technical site survey (Site BOQ, Drawing of design, Statistics of the main technical parameters)
• Ability to Interpret and analyze Technical site survey & soil test analysis
• Ability to read and translate blueprints and technical drawings
• Basic understanding for building design and steel structure processes
• Proficiency in the use of project related industrial equipment
• Understanding procedure (Civil Hold Point, Tower Hold Point, Ready For Installation)
• Acceptance of the project process management and document preparation
• Liaising with all relevant project stakeholders
• Building construction knowledge and experience is an added advantage

• Proficient in site build project Technology and process
• Proficiency in the use of project related industrial equipment
• Excellent Microsoft Office suite skill
• Excellent AutoCAD software skill
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent Time Management Skills
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually on projects

Work Experiences

Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience on site build

Professional Requirements

• Bachelor degree /HND in Engineering (Civil) or Design
• CAD Certification
