Project Engineer at Cozym Process Systems (CPS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Prepare detailed engineering plans, designs, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Develop and review technical designs and specifications.
• Oversee equipment installation, integration, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal protocols.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project teams to ensure timely and quality task execution.
• Facilitate effective communication across all project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance audits.
• Track and report on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, including technical drawings and progress reports.
• Present project updates and findings to management and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
• 2–5 years proven experience in a project engineering or project management role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction practices, and safety regulations.
• Ability to use engineering and project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
