Job Summary

• The Project Coordinator supports project planning, execution, and completion by coordinating schedules, resources, documentation, and communication among stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and timelines.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
• Organize meetings and document meeting minutes.
• Track project budgets and expenditures.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Prepare project reports and status updates.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Identify project risks and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and company policies.
• Assist the Project Manager in achieving project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–15 years of project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.).
