Project Coordinator at GAC

Responsibilities

As the Project Coordinator at GAC in Lagos, Nigeria, you will play a crucial role in managing the smooth and efficient operations in the Logistics department to ensure client satisfaction with services rendered. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring excellent service delivery to key clients and projects to maintain customer base.
• Developing the logistics department customer base to ensure sustainable growth.
• Developing GAC Nigeria Groupage product in synergy with GAC ICD and storage facility.
• Managing compliance of the logistics department to meet all statutory and legal requirements, minimizing risks.
• Identifying synergies between various GAC departments, landside, and shipping.
• Ensuring Key KPI’s are met with quantifiable records kept to satisfy ISO audit requirements.
• Providing monthly reports of Logistics department activities.
• Developing all Logistics staff knowledge and experience to ensure enhanced service delivery to clients.

Job Requirements
To be considered for the Project Coordinator role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Certification and/or Diploma/Degree in international logistics, clearing, and forwarding.
• Experience in clearing and forwarding.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated proficiency in logistics, clearing, and forwarding.
