Project Associate

We are recruiting on behalf of a Financial services organization seeking intelligent, resourceful, and highly motivated individuals to join its team as Project Associates.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with Business Development, coordinating initiatives, client acquisitions, building relationships, revenue growth, driving projects, and contributing to organizational growth. Successful candidates will play a key role in supporting business expansion efforts, stakeholder engagement, project execution, and strategic initiatives across various sectors.

The Opportunity

As a Project Associate, you will:

• Build relationships with institutions, businesses and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to introduce the organization\'s products and services to prospective clients.
• Conduct presentations, meetings, and engagements with key decision-makers.
• Support business growth initiatives across assigned territories.
• Manage and nurture prospective client relationships from engagement through onboarding.
• Execute market expansion and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagements and partnership opportunities.
• Contribute directly to the achievement of departmental and organizational growth objectives.

Who We\'re Looking For

• A graduate with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in client engagement, partnerships, business development, customer acquisition, marketing, relationship management, or related functions will be an advantage.
• An individual who is confident engaging with professionals, institutions, and decision-makers.
• Someone who is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
• A relationship builder who can establish trust and maintain professional networks.
• A problem solver with a positive attitude and strong execution skills.
• Previous experience in project coordination, client engagement, business development, partnerships, marketing, customer relations, or related roles will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates residing around Lugbe, Airport Road, Kuje, Lokogoma, Pyakassa, Kyami, and surrounding areas will have an added advantage.
