    Project Architect / Project Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design & prepare detailed architectural drawings (AutoCAD, Revit, 3D rendering)
    • Oversee project execution, timelines & budget control
    • Collaborate with engineers, surveyors & construction teams
    • Supervise site progress & ensure quality delivery

    Requirements:

    • 12+ years experience in architecture & project management
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project & 3D rendering
    • Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
    • NIA/ARCON membership (an advantage)
