Job Description

• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
• Keep within budgets and timelines
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations
• Make on-site visits to check on project status and report on the project
• Follow architectural trends and advancements.

Requirements

• The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• 3 years of experience and above
• A fully registered architect with ARCON
• Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up, Photoshop, and other related architecture software/tools
• Use of 3D and rendering software
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong technical expertise related to design and construction.
