Project Accountant – Accounts Receivable

Job Summary
- The Project Accountant – Accounts Receivable will manage project billing, monitor receivables, ensure timely collections, and support accurate financial reporting within project operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue project invoices
- Monitor receivables and follow up on payments
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare aging reports and receivables analysis
- Support project costing and month-end close activities.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years relevant experience in accounts receivable/project accounting
- Strong Excel and numerical skills
- Good attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
