Programs Producer / Anchor at Glow FM Radio Limited

Core Obligation: Create, structure, and deliver engaging programs aligned with Glow FM’s standards and audience expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong program concepts aligned with station objectives
• Script and structure segments, rundowns, and transitions
• Anchor programs confidently with audience engagement and clarity
• Supervise production processes from pre-production to broadcast
• Ensure all content meets professional and organizational standards
• Coordinate guests, segments, and technical execution for seamless delivery

Minimum Qualifications:

• Skills in Editorial and New Media
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under strict deadlines
• Experience in producing and directing programs is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Journalism, Mass Communication, Broadcasting, or related fields
