Programs Officer at Restorative Justice for Africa (REJA)

Role Description

• Our team is looking to expand our work in Abeokuta, Ogun state and this is a full-time, on-site role for a Programs Officer.
• Programs Officer will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various programs related to restorative justice, criminal justice reforms, and policy advocacy.
• This role will also involve developing program strategies, liaising with stakeholders, organizing events, and monitoring program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination and implementation (program management experience with a nonprofit is an additional advantage).
• Knowledge of restorative justice principles and criminal justice reforms
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Advocacy and community engagement skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Social Sciences, International Development, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
